Had issues with our truck after having it fixed at another dealership not only did they fix it but the also brought it to our attention that the part we had replaced and paid for should have been covered under the extended warranty so all of this got us a full refund thanks Cranbrook Dodge nice to see honesty

Highly recommended service department. Jesse and the team and Cranbrook Dodge provided excellent, empathetic, and timely service after an accident. It would have been a much more difficult time without Jesse's help organizing a car rental, walking me through repairs (ICBC), and providing pickup service when I had to fly out of town (and back in) to pickup the vehicle. Easily the best service experience at a service department I have ever had.
