Ryan and his team were a life saver. We broke down on our way to Jasper and they identified the problem, replaced a fuse and helped us find a solution in which we were pretty desperate even though they were really busy. Nothing but amazing. Thanks once again guys- we’ve managed to sort it! ??

September 4, 2025 I would like to thank Ryan and the other team members at Cranbrook auto. I am from Vernon and residing in Cranbrook right now. Was having some problems with my car. I set up an appointment for September 16 but was having problems And phone to see if I could get in earlier, they took me the next day. I was treated with such kindness, professionalism honesty And such a relief to me personally as our family is struggling right now, so I wanna give a huge shout out to these guys that think they're just getting up and doing their job, but it really does affect the lives of others more than they probably realize! thank you... read full review

thank you to getting me in last minute to pull codes for me on my vehicle as I thought I had bought bad gas possibly with the vehicle starting to shake. Was very friendly and would definitely recommend to use this business
