City Glass & Windshield Shop Ltd

I had a recurring issue with my frameless shower door that City Glass originally installed in 2022. I contacted them and Rob Hunt from the Custom Glass department came out to take a look.

Rob was fantastic. He quickly identified the issue, made the adjustment, and didn't charge me anything. He also told me that it shouldn't happen again, but to call him if it did.

I really appreciated how professional, helpful and accommodating he was. It's not often you get this level of customer service, especially several years after the original installation.

I was extremely impressed with his super fast responsiveness and willingness to stand behind his work.

Great experience. Needed a custom piece of plexi for a project and Melissa has been wonderful to deal with.

Right from my initial inquiry for glass for my new shower, I found these guys to be prompt, friendly, thorough, accommodating and the same or a better price than the competition. Rob put together an estimate the same day, then came out and measured right away when I decided to go with them. He answered all my questions within a day. Then when I could accommodate, he and his partner came out and installed the glass. It looks clean and square and beautiful and I found them both to be friendly and professional. I highly recommend City Glass and will use them again if the need arises.
