We had problems with our home following a watermain break on our street earlier this year. A huge thank you to ServiceMaster North Vancouver Island. They turned up immediately when we needed them, took care of everything that we needed doing and more. They were not only present to take care of the emergency but stayed to help with all the repairs and advised about our options and how home insurance claims work along the way. They went above and beyond repeatedly. We enjoyed meeting your team and appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, effficient and kind you guys were, on site and in the office. From the initial meeting with Patrick right thru to completion of the project we were very pleased and impressed.. Patrick, the office staff, the team at the job site were all professional, respectful, kind and understanding. With my health issues plus non compliant tenants things could have went quite differently.
