I have had relaxation massages, deep tissue massages and even therapeutic massage when recovering from the damage done from CPR after suffering a heart attack. My first experience recently with Thai massage from Brittany was by far and away the best massage experience I have had. Not only was it relaxing, but the stretches relieved more tension and I have freedom of movement without pain that I haven’t experienced in a long time.
