Just went in to see if they could replace a broken nose pad on my glasses. They had them replaced in about 2 minutes and would not take any payment. That was so nice and unexpected. Top notch service so the least I could do is give a great review.

Most wonderful experience I’ve had with an optometrist! I suffered from headaches for about 7 years, made an appointment with Eyes on the Harbour and turns out my prescription was wrong. Haven’t had a headache since!!The receptionist are also very kind!

I am new to the valley and I have a family with complex eye issues and so we have experienced a variety of optometrists and specialists. I am so very grateful to have found Dr Seitz at Eyes on the Harbour! He is so insanely smart and was able to offer me a refreshing, and clearly more accurate diagnosis to the problems I have been struggling with. I left feeling equipped with greater knowledge and a solid action plan for my eye care for the present and even the next few years. I highly recommend the practice over all - especially if you are in Comox, since it is a very central location. The front staff are very kind and service-oriented.
