Ai is the best. Her prices are very fair and her haircuts are very good. The staff here are always very personable and professional. If I could give six stars, I would. I will certainly be a returning customer.

What a delightful experience to visit this salon. Superb stylist, gave me exactly the cut I wanted. Very communicative and an a very charming personality. I’ve found my Valley Salon finally!!!

Always a great cut. And I usually can get an appointment in a reasonable time. Also the prices are better here than what I spent in Courtenay a few months ago (on a whim). I could have had foils done for the price of the cut I got downtown.It's a cozy place with knowledgeable professionals!
