I had a bad problem with my windows so i went over to customer care, showed the problem and they were so chill with it, just said 5 minutes, came over to the house and fixed my windows. Mike and his partner were amazing and have very comedic jokes. Thank you!

One of the really nice things is that Westbow’s customer service team is wonderful to deal with. Mike, in particular, is amazing! He is knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy and responsive! Thank you for everything!
Honestly, 5 stars is not enough for how thankful I am for Mike, Jeff, and Matt. I can’t say enough good things about these men! From start to finish, they were kind, , knowledgeable, respectful, and communicative about what they were going to be doing. They set a time frame and were done well within that frame. They took the time and made sure everything was done right, and genuinely cared about top quality work. The repairs made a huge difference for me, and i am so thankful for their hard work. The work was done efficiently and the finished result looks flawless. I absolutely highly recommend them without a doubt!
