This garage is the best, and we will never take our cars anywhere else. Ford takes incredible care with customer service, never pushing unnecessary repairs, always taking immense time to explain what he needs to fix and why. He walks you through all kinds of options when you have car troubles, and his whole staff is always friendly and professional. I always feel like we are well taken care of by the team, and that they care. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, I never feel stupid asking questions, and have had everything explained to me with patience, which I've appreciated.

Easy to make an appointment and got my out of province inspection done. Ford was friendly, explained everything, gave recommendations but NOT pushy to get me to commit to anything that wasnt completely necessary. Very reasonably priced, would recommend to anyone. I will come back for further needs.
