Sometimes you’ll see staff chatting in the aisles, while other times the employees you find may not have the knowledge needed to answer your questions. That said, when you do find a knowledgeable and helpful employee, they can make all the difference. Overall, it’s a convenient store with plenty of selection, but customer service can be inconsistent. A mixed experience that leaves room for improvement.

We’ve visited this Home Depot many times and have always had very positive experiences. The staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and approachable. On almost every visit, at least a couple of employees will ask if we need help finding anything. It’s great to see a team that genuinely seems to care about providing good customer service!

Staff greets you throughout the store. And most staff is knowledgeable or can direct accordingly. Carlos was very helpful and attentive to getting me the material I was after and then he loaded it in my truck ensuring it was safe for travel.
