Was helped by a nice man named CARLOS in the lumber department. He was clearly alone in this department with no one else in sight and needed to attend to many customers at once and did so effortlessly and with an amazing level of customer service. Everyone was happy and thankful. He is an exemplary employee and made my shopping trip a pleasure. This man is gold and a great representation for Home Depot.

We had a great experience at Home Depot (Chilliwack) while shopping for vineyard posts and lumber for our backyard grape garden project. Carlos from the lumber department was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to guide us through the best options for our vineyard posts and gave us very helpful advice for setting up the grape support structure properly.
After we purchased the lumber, wood, and posts, Carlos also cut everything to the exact sizes we needed. His customer service was outstanding, and he made the whole project much easier for us.
