Very knowledgeable. Low pressure... none. Will rework an existing setting or build from new. Went through options on the spot as we had three to help us decide.
I had a fantastic experience with these guys creating my fiancé’s wedding band. He wanted to use his grandfather’s gold to make a new band and they absolutely nailed it. I was shocked at how fast they turned it around (only 3 weeks!) and the final ring is stunning and very well crafted.
Unfortunately, a certain mall jeweller that rhymes with “Bichael Nill” botched my fiancé’s ring size the first go-round 😅 but these guys saved the day and had it resized for us that same afternoon.

Walked in and asked for a repair on a Pandora bracelet. Had a fun chuckle back and forth as we joked about how Pandora would not repair their own bracelet in store. While waited, discovered my own ring size, and then left free of charge. Wonderful people, very kind and helpful, great service. 10/10 would recommend!!
