I lost my son early in February. I live in 100 Mile House but I reached out to Robert at The Bench in Chilliwack as I wanted to purchase a heart Urn necklace to carry my son’s ashes in. Robert was so incredibly sensitive & kind. He said he would send pictures and he did so immediately, as well as constantly staying in touch with me and following up. He packaged up my necklace and mailed it to me with tracking and let me know when it was sent. It is exactly what I wanted! I wear it everyday.Robert you have a customer for life, thank you again so very much for your kindness & empathy.

We had new wedding bands created by Bench Labs after my wife lost her ring a year ago. We wanted to have the same bands that we had made 32 years ago. WOW did this team deliver in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost for custom work. Thanks for an exceptional job on both rings. We even brought in some of our unused gold and they used it for our new rings. A quality team delivered and we love their work. Thank-you

Absolutely recommend taking your jewellery there for anything! They repaired and resized my mother’s 33 year old engagement ring and wedding band for me. I recently got engaged and we used my mother’s rings but they were too small and one was broken! They look brand new and fit perfectlyn 10/10 service and lovely to deal with!
