I had Steve update my desktop hard drive. In the process, he found we were using an out of date Telus modem and not getting the speed we were paying for. He was on the phone for an hour to Telus to get up to date equipment. They didn't send what they promised so I was able to call them (and using Steve's coaching) and get them to send the requested modem. Steve is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to computers and I will use his company in the future. Five stars is not enough !!!!

We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

This company, to put it lightly, is FANTASTIC. I recently purchased a pre-built PC during the Amazon prime sale. It was a major upgrade as my parts were all 6+ years old. I turned it on and within a day started having issues with my audio whenever I wasn't playing games. I was incredibly frustrated by this as it is a gaming PC but I planned to use it for work and other recreational things. Having my audio crackle every 10 seconds consistently was beyond frustrating. I brought my PC to Tek Solutions and they did a fantastic job, absolutely went above and beyond. My audio issues have been completely solved and I no longer want to rip my hair out listening to the crackling....read full review
