We had a notice 'No device installed' on our Lenovo computer meaning 'NO SOUND". We took it to Tek Solutions in Chilliwack. We took it in, in the afternoon and got a call the next morning ready to be picked up. Dirk fixed and also upgraded our computer. The cost was more than reasonable. We did not have to buy a new computer. Dirk & Steve are good at what they do and are very friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them for computer issues. Rose & Peter Sargent

I needed help with an older piece of computer equipment, and while they couldn't fix it for me after lots of effort, I was treated courteously and given helpful information about the piece of equipment. A disk was stuck in it and they were able to release it, so I can at least retrieve the data on the disk. Five stars for quick, courteous help that's worth a lot in my book. Great customer service, brought my laptop back to me at work when the wrong battery came in and within a week it was replaced as well as the trackpad, it’s like a brand new laptop again … sorry it caught on fire and you had to deal with that lol thanks guys
