I had an unpleasant haircut elsewhere that need correcting. I booked in with Gwen and I am over the top elated that I did. I have the perfect haircut now. Gwen was extremely personable, friendly and knowledgeable. She empathized with my situation, had a game plan that met my needs and executed it flawlessly. I went to sassy cuts yesterday for a color correction, cut, and highlights after severely damaging my hair with a dark color box dye/color remover. Rav did a free consultation in the salon the day that I called and I was booked in for an appointment the next day. All of the staff was very warm and friendly. Rav is very kind and professional and she did a truly amazing job fixing my hair. More affordable than I expected for the service I received.
I came in hoping to get my hair slightly trimmed and I felt like a brand new person after leaving. I’ve never received so many compliments on my hairstyle before, and the woman who performed this magic understood the assignment. You don’t have to pay an arm and a leg to get the look you’re going for here, and also the love and respect these people deliver to people and their hair. ☺️💖
