We bought a 1981 home and plan to do some significant renovations. Working with Preconstruction Services Inc. was a pleasure. Michael came and gave us free inspection. We then chose to do the testing and the abatement. The team was very clear and accurate in terms of what to expect and were a pleasure to deal with all the way along. The abatement went off without a hitch and the property was left very clean. In my opinion they went above and beyond to help us navigate what otherwise would be a nightmare of bureaucracy to do this legally. Thanks you guys! I can highly recommend you.
These guys can and will save your life. Michael and his Team are careful, hard working people with great customer service and care for their clients. They have the knowledge and wisdom to save your life and I highly recommend them to anyone who's going to purchase or renovate a home or building of any kind pre 1991.
