Krystal was professional, kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Today I got a vertical labret and I’ve come in a few times other times (double high nostrils & jewlery changes) and it is always a clean shop to get pierced at and deal with jewelry changes/upgrades! They also have a beautiful selection of high quality jewelry. I highly recommend coming here for your piercing needs.
The whole Momento Mori team is wonderful to be serviced by (both locations). Krystal in particular has been so helpful and safe when it comes to piercing sensitive areas and anxiety. Thanks for the good vibes y’all!
Absolutely loved this studio. The people really know what they are talking about. As much as I enjoyed my experiences I am disappointed to know that Kelsi is not a piercer at this studio anymore. As somone with severe anxiety she was super calming and talked me through everything and just made me feel super comfortable! Love Memento Mori but I do hope to follow the piercer that gave me the best piercing experience ever over staying loyal to a studio. ❤️❤️❤️
