Kirkpatrick's has my business. I dealt mostly with Sean at the front desk. He was patient, up front, took the time to keep me informed about everything with my vehicle, and patiently explained what everything meant to me. I am so appreciative of the time he took to make me feel safe with my vehicle repair choices. I later came to Kirkpatrick's with a personal safety issue and even though being told there wasn't time that day, Sean overheard my concern and took the time to check my vehicle. I was correct in my concern and Sean's help really validated that.

Installed a very beautiful steering wheel on my IS, Service team does a great job at informing you about your vehicle and actually cares about your safety and the quality of there work. Highly recommend.

They called me back after making a mistake on their end and have offered to fix the parts that were overlooked at a very discounted price! I am very appreciative of the offer and them wanting to fix the problem! Honest mistakes happen and I am glad they called to rectify the situation! Not a lot of people will admit that there was a mistake on their end but this shop did! Colton did a great job and provided great service to rectify the situation.
