Excellent customer service, effective communication, and I was given excellent advice from the Mechanic John about my struts and control arms for my 2021 gmc canyon. Ended up getting Bilstein B800 struts to level my truck, and Mevotech TTX control arms. I am very happy with the products and the installation. I forget the name of the person who stayed after hours for me to pick my truck up, but huge thanks to you sir! I Will be coming to them for my suspension, tire, and wheel needs. Big thank you to the employees at Ken’s tire and wheel!
I had a flat tire and after calling almost a dozen places (including Canadian Tire and Kal Tire) i was told the earliest they could patch my tire was in 2 days from now.
Ken's took me right away. I had to wait about 20 mins but compared to the 2 day quote from elsewhere, that was totally understandable.
The guys working there were polite, professional and kind.

Honestly the best service I've ever had over the years ive never been disappointed. The guys are so informative, and very attentative! As long as I am driving a vehicle around, this is where I'll continue to purchase my tires, rims & do my brakes. Excellent Service 10/10
