JC Fireplaces did an amazing job on our replacement install. I LOVE it!! Nathan is the best, he went above and beyond and is extremely knowledgeable with every aspect. He really helped us pick the right one and help with the design. It looks so clean and modern, exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them
A big THANK YOU to Jake at JC Fireplaces & Spas, who went out of his way to talk us through a small (for him) but challenging (for us) situation where we couldn't get our gas fireplace (battery powered) to work. He was generous with his knowledge, kind and patient, and guided my husband over the phone to help us resolve our issue. 10 out of 10. I truly believe that a serviceman like Ken is a major
reason for JCF having the wonderful reputation it does. He is
not only extremely knowledgeable and competent, but he exudes an assurance to clients that all is well before he leaves.
Nathan, on the other hand illustrates why A1 is becoming a serious option for the service industry. He should learn to listen.
