First time here. I had a weird sound coming from my trailer axle. They got me in right away and fixed it. Great experience. The 4 girls behind the counter were extremely helpful and freindly. I have never seen a group of people get along so good. The mechanics, the foreman and the reception were all smiling and got along well with each. Just a great attitude. I'll definitely be back. 5star.?
My truck broke down tonight and I was referred to J & G. Taylor, the dispatcher was very good at triaging my problem and sending out a mechanic prepared to deal with the issue. Jeremy (the mechanic) was very client friendly, solved my problem and had me on my way. I would definitely recommend J & G.
