Great experience. Fast friendly customer service. Not too quick on answering the phones but did get back to me promptly. God bless them. They even stayed after hours to accommodate my schedule. Needless to say, my Benzo runs great! 👍
For the last 13 years, Ken and Anthony at Hood Star have been such a great addition to Chilliwack. My wife and I had been bringing our Z4 here for the last 6 years and we always knew we were getting the best service in the valley. As such, we are SO disappointed to see that they've closed shop. I know both of them have some personal reasons to give it up, so I also know it's best for them. But it's still a huge loss for Chilliwack. All my best to you two, and thank you for all you've done over the years. You'll be sorely missed.
No one owning a Mercedes wants to pay for repairs. But these guys are 1st class and make the pill easy to swallow. Ken is first class and sticks to the quote. My tune up is done as well as my brakes. Too bad Ken isn't a football fan. 😆
