Our Strata Manager Justin has been the absolute best Strata Manager I've ever worked with as a Council member over many years. He is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient and always prompt. I always appreciate his kindness and dedication to helping us ensure our community is well managed and taken care of. Everyone we've worked with on his team at Advantage has been a true joy. Our Property accountants, and the entire admin team have been great. I can't recommend Advantage Property Management enough. They're the best around.
In the middle of our two year fire reconstruction, our long time management company proved totally inadequate for the task. The construction company recommended Tamra Ford who became our new strata manager. What a difference.
