What started as a bad experience turned into a great one with Great Clips. We didn’t like my son’s haircut at first, but when I reached out, they made it right and fixed it up nicely.

I have had two good experiences here, however, unfortunately the last visit was not good. Like a previous review from someone else, there was a Vietnamese lady who cut my hair and didn't understand what I was asking. She didn't seem to understand English very well... She was quite confused, but what I was asking for was just a trim with layers. She ended up cutting more off than I asked which I was disappointed with... Too bad because every other visit I had here was good...
