What a great experience - start to finish! Great response to all my questions from the company from the outset, with competitive rates. FVR treated us like they WANTED to do the work and be accommodating, other companies i contacted did not even get back to me in a timely fashion or didn't show up to quote at all. Fast, friendly crew did the job (they listen to good music too lol) cleaned up everything as if they were never there - the new roof looks great!
We've used Fraser Valley Roofing before at a different property, and I can’t say enough good things about them. After reaching about damage from a wind/rain storm, they arranged for someone to come out very quickly—which I truly did not expect and greatly appreciated.
The technician arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, fixed the issue efficiently, and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was. This is exactly the level of service I’ve come to expect from Fraser Valley Roofing, but receiving it in the middle of flooding and windstorms, and in a remote area, went well beyond expectations.
