Fountain Tire is known for its excellent customer service and professionalism. Customers appreciate the friendly staff who go above and beyond to help with tire needs, even accommodating last-minute requests without an appointment. Many express gratitude for the assistance they receive and highlight the positive experiences compared to other tire centers. Even when appointments are not available, the helpful recommendations reflect the dedication to customer satisfaction. Fountain Tire comes highly recommended for anyone in need of tire services. Shelby at Fountain Tire Chilliwack did everything he could to make sure that customers were satisfied with their purchase. The installation was about twice as long as originally told, and he apologized many times and explained that one of his employees had been sick that day, which is understandable. Fountain Tire went out of their way for customers. Even with a flat tire emergency and a lot of customers waiting, the young man at the counter said he would do his best, and customers were out of there in less than an hour with their flat tire repaired. They won’t charge extra, as everyone gets the same honest service. The owner, Shelby, Fountain Tire, even returned a lost $100 bill to a customer. This restores faith in honesty, kindness, and integrity. Fountain Tire Chilliwack is a go-to for all things tires, from four-wheelers to trucks to skid steers. Friendly and knowledgable staff and timely service, usually about 1 hour turn around for a flat tire repair. Highly recommend.
Fantastic service, and how Fountain Tire went out of their way for me! I just got home from a wonderful visit with my relatives living in beautiful Chilliwack BC. A few hours before we were to leave for the airport going home to Edmonton, I was told that the car I was driving had a flat! A neighbour filled the tire enough to get me to a nearby Fountain Tire located on 45960 Airport Rd. When I saw that there were a lot of customers waiting for their service I was in a panic as I told the young man at the counter about my emergency timeframe. I also heard his co-worker telling another lady that it was first come, first serve—I had two hours to get to Abbotsford! He said he would do his best, but it might take over an hour. I even told him I would pay double the cost, and he laughed and told me “We won’t charge you extra, everyone gets the same honest service”! Gratefully, I was out of there in less than an hour with my flat tire repaired! Not the end of my story…when I went back to my aunt’s place, I realized that the 100 dollar bill I had in my back pocket was missing. I had stuck my phone in the same pocket, and it had obviously fallen out. I had walked over to Tim Horton’s while waiting and assumed that it had fallen out on the street. I’m retired, and on a very tight budget; however, I counted my blessings for having had such kind and quick service at Fountain Tire and hoped that whoever found it really needed the funds. My mom and I got to the airport on time and were waiting to board our flight when I received a call from the owner, Shelby, Foutain Tire. He asked me if I had lost something today. Yes, I said, a $100. bill! He told me that a customer had found it and turned it in! I was so shocked that someone would even hand it in, and that a busy owner would spend time trying to get it returned. He told me he was very happy to do it, and promptly transferred the funds. Wow, just amazing; at a time when we all hear so much about war, evil, and suffering, the kindness shown to me by the service representative, the customer and Shelby truly restores my faith in honesty, kindness, and integrity. I dropped off my Honda this morning to get my summer tires back on my car. This was done within 2 hours and I had no appointment. The service I received today was above and beyond and I am so thankful. As I had purchased my previous tires from their shop, it was to my surprise that my tire swap was free today when I went to grab my car! In crazy times like these, I am so beyond grateful and will recommend Fountain Tire Chilliwack to everyone I know! Thank you again!
