The carpets look and smell great. Jeremy is professional and personable. Communication was great - Jeremy returned the call to book quickly and reminders were sent by email. On the day, he was running a bit behind and texted to let me know, which was highly appreciated.
We had a bit of an unorthodox cleaning request in the form of a super heavy vinyl dance floor. I really wasn't sure where to begin asking for cleaning. These guys were right on it! They even came and picked it up for us :) Absolutely recommend them!
I had an outstandingly positive experience with Jeremy and Clean Evolve. I asked them to come out and see if they could do anything with a very large stain on carpet on an upper floor apartment floor that had fully set in. My expectations were set very low in the circumstances but he blew me away and got everything out. Bottom line: Very good at what they do, responsive communication, and fair pricing. And you can tell he legitimately cares about his work and his customers. Highly recommended.
