Bought a 2025 Chevy Trax Activ from Bannister today, and I could not be more pleased with the service. I contacted another dealership about a vehicle, in which they never got back to me. Here, Travis (sales) reached to me immediately with any questions or concerns I had. I came in to get approved and test drive the vehicle, and the vehicle they brought over from another dealership, I wasn’t pleased with, so Travis and the sales manager (Owen) ended up finding another vehicle at a different lot, and went and brought it over for me! My Wife and I had a great car buying experience here at Bannister Kia in Chilliwack. We made the journey out from Coquitlam and are sure glad we did just that. The Friendly, Positive and Supportive attitude from Sierra in sales and Rudy the store manager were really appreciated. We were given excellent value for our trade and the whole process was very transparent. Melissa in finance did a great job in explaining warranty coverage benefits. We would definitely recommend a visit to this dealership to anyone interested in a stress free vehicle purchase. Thanks Again to Everyone at Bannister Kia!
