Carpet One has been accommodating and friendly with us while choosing our kitchen flooring. They encouraged us to take several samples to try at home in our lighting. I'm so glad I did because the one I chose in the store did not work, but the one Nicki encouraged us to take did. Beautifully so, we just love it. Their installers are top notch, very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back for any flooring needs.
We had amazing service with Carpet one in Chilliwack. Our sales rep. Darren answered all of our questions and showed the best products that fit our needs. The installer Richard contacted us to let us know his eta. And he did an excellent job with the carpet install in our room. We highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.
The service was excellent! They even went above and beyond on a long weekend to meet us at the store in a pinch. Jessica was super helpful when picking out colours and replied promptly with quotes and booking installation dates. We will definitely be shopping here again on future projects!
