We had amazing service with Carpet one in Chilliwack. Our sales rep. Darren answered all of our questions and showed the best products that fit our needs. The installer Richard contacted us to let us know his eta. And he did an excellent job with the carpet install in our room. We highly recommend this company for your flooring needs.
The service was excellent! They even went above and beyond on a long weekend to meet us at the store in a pinch. Jessica was super helpful when picking out colours and replied promptly with quotes and booking installation dates. We will definitely be shopping here again on future projects!
Happy to the fullest! Customer service is spot on, friendly and professional team. Used the “get a quote” on the website, which is easy to use. The response was quick, quote was reasonable and the work speaks for itself. From the team in store to the guys who came to install everyone is exceptional!
