Added a lot of goodies to my truck in the last month. Craig helped me setup a decked drawer system, a Smart Cap canopy and a motorcycle rack for my truck. Great product selection and service. This is now my go to location for all accessories.
I had a ton of issues dealing with the Port Coquitlam branch on my car, in Chilliwack I was stuck with my trailer. They stored it for me free of charge and got me in for an appointment, they managed to fix everything in under an hour and solve all of my problems I had been dealing with for over a month of back and fourth. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Just genuinely good people. Couldn’t recommend enough.
I had an amazing experience at Cap-it Chilliwack! I ordered a top-of-the-line Leer canopy through Alex, who has been with the company for 15 years, and it really shows. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and stress-free. When the canopy arrived, he did an absolutely incredible job installing it, along with a bed slide in the truck box.
Craig and Tammy, the owners, were also super helpful and welcoming. The entire team at Cap-it Chilliwack went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality truck accessories and outstanding service.
