What a friendly store and clean, clean, clean. The water faucet was easy to use with plenty of hot water. Always a great place to scrub our guy up to go visiting, great price and treats!

Went in to the store today and was greeted by friendly staff. I had a question about some kitty litter that the owner personally address. She did not know the answer for certain, and mentioned she had the same inquiry before. She said she would research and make some emails and reach out to me. I felt this was above and beyond and much appreciated. I don't expect her to know everything, but love that she can use her contacts to find the answers. It was really nice seeing some of the former staff still in the store as for some reason they keep getting trashed for it? Best place to purchase the 'Good' pet food!! Yes, things are changing up because the franchise of 'pet value' took this store over from our local guy. Some of the prices are even going down, like our favorite kitty litter! New Staff is super friendly and helpful! The young lady brought my 2 bags of litter, out to my car for me!❣️ Bosleys online shopping, is super easy as well and brought my bags of litter & food, right to my second floor door!!
