This is my absolute favorite pet food store. I visit 1-2 times a week and the staff I have dealt with are just lovely. I especially like to point out how helpful Aman is this girl deserves a raise or at least a tip jar. She alweays puts down whatever she is busy with and will help. I always look forward to getting my cat food is one of the highlights of the week !
What a friendly store and clean, clean, clean. The water faucet was easy to use with plenty of hot water. Always a great place to scrub our guy up to go visiting, great price and treats!
Went in to the store today and was greeted by friendly staff. I had a question about some kitty litter that the owner personally address. She did not know the answer for certain, and mentioned she had the same inquiry before. She said she would research and make some emails and reach out to me. I felt this was above and beyond and much appreciated. I don't expect her to know everything, but love that she can use her contacts to find the answers. It was really nice seeing some of the former staff still in the store as for some reason they keep getting trashed for it?
