I came in today to attempt to give my large (Bernese/retriever) rescue dog a bath. It was his first time at a bath station, and he was much more nervous than I even had anticipated, knowing he comes from an abusive background.The moment we stepped in the store, we were greeted by Pam. She could tell he was nervous and spoke to him gently and gave him lots of space. She showed us to the washing station and gave us lots of gentle advice, without being overbearing. She supplied my dog Levi with treats, and me with lots of encouragement. We used the dog wash. What a fabulous thing to offer. $12.60 and you use all their products and towels. There are two wash stations with really nice basins for your fur baby, handheld shower spray nozzle, 3 types of shampoo (oatmeal, lavender and?) and conditioner, plus a blow dryer if you wish. After drying your baby you can give them a little spritz of mango or lavender or ?. They have a rewards program so after so many washes you get one free. The store is small but perfect in size and selection. We will definitely be returning for our baby girl's bath time. We did bring our own shampoo which is an option.

We take our dog here for bathing and have had a great experience every time. The facility is always clean and stocked with all the needed supplies, and the staff are always do friendly and helpful.
