“Jessica is so great, she listens to what you are hoping for as a result & delivers. Through the process ( I had upper & lower eyeliner tattoo done) she lets you know exactly what to expect & makes you as comfortable as possible. Jessica is warm & kind. She is very good at what she does, I highly recommend her services.”
