Heather and Wendy at the Castlegar BC Money Mart not only have very outstanding customer service skills but are informative as to your personal options. I witnessed an interaction with a cantankerous person where they diffused the situation with calm grace,and patience while explaining franchise policies.

We are newcomers in the area and came at Money Mart last December 2022 to exchange our US dollars. The lady who gladly assisted us on our queries (sorry, I forgot her name but she told us that she was working there for a long time) was very helpful. We had our transaction done fast and easy. 10/10 for this!
