He was to put in some drainage, remove some rocks and put in some retaining walls. The ultimate goal was for water diversion. We had a verbal agreement (yes, bad choice on our behalf). He changed plans through out, so it was never clear what he was doing. He tore up the yard, broke cement, didn’t take the rocks, charged way more than agreed upon and refused to take the pile of dirt that he put in the driveway I’ll till he got more money. He broke a gate and didn’t put the fence back. And No drainage was installed. Water now flows down a different route and is eroding a new route. Roots were torn up and left sticking out of the ground, piles of mud left everywhere....read full review
I had a terrible experience with this company. They pumped half my septic tank, said there was debris in the bottom, gave up and took off after belligerently demanding I pay in full. I then had to hire a competent pumping company to come out and finish the job. They were also disgusted with the half finished job, but finished pumping the tank without issue. Polite attempts to make my complaints heard were met with angry threats. I could never recommend this company.
Not a legitimate business, owner is a nut job crook, does not have proper certification to be working on septic systems, known for fraud and vandalism. Look elsewhere
