Kirsten and Jonathan provided prompt, courteous and efficient service. They quickly found the problem with our heat pump and were very professional to deal with. They fixed the main issue and made sure to check that everything else was working well. They seemed to genuinely care about doing a thorough job and communicated everything very well.
