The crew at Castlegar Muffler has been fantastic. I have gone to them for the majority of my maintenance issues and they are always willing to explain everything to me, and answer as many questions as they can. I have often received shuttle rides which I feel is an added bonus and shows a higher level of customer service. In my opinion their prices are fair, and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is alive and well at castlegar muffler. Although they were extremely busy just prior to their vacation, they accommodated my major truck repair to get me safely back on my journey thru the passes. Fast, efficient service. Great people.thanx

I needed to get my Truck back on the road, I was referred to Castlegar Muffler by a friend. I made an appointment, they had me back on the road the next day. Fast service. I highly recommend them. I plan to rely on them again when I need service.
