Alan and Caleb at Top Island Construction just finished up a large (for us) reno that consisted of completely tearing down a large concrete deck and the storage room built underneath it to replace with a completely new vinyl deck, and refinishing the exterior house wall under it. We are extremely pleased with all aspects! They did a phenomenal job with the construction and craftmanship. They were both highly knowledgeable and honest about required adjustments as the project went along. I reached out to Top Island Construction regarding my shed, within two days they were able to take a look at it and gave me honest feedback that it wasn’t worth saving and for cost saving- it would be best to get a Costco plastic shed. Appreciated his honesty and tips on how to remove my shed. Would definitely recommend them.
