Dave dropped by to go over all the options and choices, I ordered the one I liked off of Bonnie, who runs the office. She had a date for installation scheduled the following week. I am now enjoying my A/C in the summer and my beautiful new fireplace that works even if the power goes out. Bonnie followed up to make sure all is running well. Dave even popped by to ensure I was comfortable with my new unit and fully understood how to run it in the case of a power outage.
