I loved the service and treatment I received at this establishment. So many times as a woman doing service on your vehicle, you're treated as if you know nothing. The store manager was respectful, informative and didn't push services I didn't need. Strongly recommend!!!
I have used Great Canadian Oil Change quite a few times, when in Campbell River. I have never had a problem with their service at anytime and usually found the service fast, efficient, and good quality, which, when viewing some negative comments about them, surprised me. I just used them again this week, as unfortunate circumstances required a trip back to Campbell River and my vehicle was due for a change. I was again happy with how well they did the job, from advising me on future vehicle concerns to the fast efficient service they provide when on a tight schedule. Regular, hard working guys, doing a good job on your vehicle, has always been my experience.
Excellent service the crew was professional and friendly, made quick work of my oil change, changed out my cabin air filter(I never knew there was a separate on for intake air in the cabin air too.) And changed one side of my wipper blades.
