I have seen Steven 5 times - going once a week for the past 5 weeks, as I knew from past experience that it takes several sessions of acupuncture for it to really be effective. I had issues with my left hip/glute. Throughout the past 5 weeks it has become more flexible and free and he’s also provided other resources to encourage more flexibility and range of motion. He’s a wonderful practitioner with a very calm and comforting demeanour. I highly recommended him.
