Wow! What a fantastic experience I had with Pacific today. With the postal strike, the package would normally go through them, but ended up at Pacific, and thank God it did! Pacific called me to make sure I was going to be home for my package and he was so pleasant and I told him I hope he gets all business from Canada Post.

I had an electric bike delivered by this company. Very nice experience. They phoned to check about the delivery.Their driver Steve is amazing. Helped me with the box. It's nice when you get such great service. They delivered a heavy item before and it also was a great experience.

Like to thank Tim at Campbell River Pacific Express for his professionalism and commitment to Customer Service a trait that is being lost in our so called technical world. To make a long story short a large and expensive vehicle part didn’t arrive and was lost in system . So called tracking # ❓❓I was in a bit of panic mode but Tim kept in touch daily and sometimes 2 time a day updates in attempts to find. This was comforting and I knew there was a person putting a effort locating my parts. Parts showed up 9 days later and Tim called saying to put on a happy face my parts arrived. Customer Service is an Art and Tim could teach courses. THANKS TIM
