I found Derek, very attentive, supportive and considerate of the nerve racking feeling one goes through, when finally taking the plunge to get a handle on a reboot of one's finances. I also found Len, Debbie, and Ginnelle, professional and kind in the several years of following that one has working to reboot one's credit integrity. There's a lot of pride to set aside with the context of digging oneself out of one hole of debt. "Stop digging" as a metaphor is so true. Of course I was delighted when my business slump turned a new positive direction, but I'll be forever grateful for the assistance in getting beyond my lousy credit rating and unsurmountable debt. Not a step I had hoped to make but was inevitable in my separation. Derek and his team made the experience the best it possibly could be. I felt so taken care of by such a knowledgeable team. Shirley and Len were there for me any time I had a question or concern and the whole support team was amazing to deal with. They took the stress out of one of the most stressful situations I have ever come across. I cannot thank them enough for their help and support!
