They fixed the problem I had been having with my glowplugs for almost a year. And did everything I asked. Also went above and beyond when we ran into a minor hiccup. Highly recommend this shop and S&J auto.

Gave five stars because I couldn’t give more.Great service and bent over backwards to get the proper parts to replace the springs on my boat trailer despite a couple false starts on my behalf, and all this while he was up to his arse in alligators.

My husband and I were returning from a camping trip when a leaf spring broke on our trailer and we had to park it at the side of the road near Campbell River. After driving into Campbell River we were referred to CR Springs & Suspensions and they were most helpful and nice to us. We had the trailer transported to CR Springs. They had the part needed and enhanced the strength of it so that the problem will not reoccur hopefully They were able to fit us into their Friday afternoon work schedule so that my husband was back on the road by 4:00. After what could have been a most stressful day turned out well and we are most grateful! Kudos to you guys.
