Thanks to the team at Alpine Gas for the great service over the last 2 years. I purchase a mini split air conditioner during the heat of the summer, it was quoted and installed in record time. Most recently I purchased a new gas fireplace to replace my old one that was on life support. I called, received a reply the same day. Dave dropped by to go over all the options and choices, I ordered the one I liked off of Bonnie, who runs the office. She had a date for installation scheduled the following week. Dave at Alpine Gas installed a new furnace in our cottage in 2022 and it has been working well. We arrived here recently and noticed a small water drip on the exhaust vent. I called and explained the issue to Dave and he arrived within 10 minutes. He assessed the situation and made the necessary repair. Fantastic product support and professionalism. Thank you Dave!
