We really liked the resort itself, the rooms, the pool area, the bar and the restaurant. The location is great too, far enough out of town/Victoria but not too far. Our only issue was with the staff, they weren’t very friendly for the most part and everything took long. I’d still recommend it because not all staff members seemed to hate their jobs.
We had an amazing stay at Brentwood Bay Resort. Our Ocean View King Suite was beautiful, spacious, and had incredible views. We enjoyed dining at both the restaurant and the pub — excellent food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything about our experience was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!
Did not stay at the Resort, but I want to commend the amazing Customer Service displayed by “Linda” at the front desk. A couple of weeks ago I forgot something of value on a bench in the park beside the Resort. By the time I realized that I had misplaced this item, we were well on our way on the Ferry off the Island. In a slight state of panic, my spouse recommended I call one of the businesses beside the park for help. I got no answer from a number of them, until I got the front desk of Brentwood Bay Resort.
