Thank you Mary and Bowen Island Massage Therapy for your VERY special contribution to Handloggers Half Marathonon Saturday September 3rd!! I can't say how much I appreciated the massage which has helped significantly with my post race recovery - I probably should have been helping with event clean up - but it was so worth it! ;-) I will definitely sign up for more.
Ada is the best physiotherapist! I hurt my neck snowboarding and she was able to fix me in just one visit and provided me with a good treatment plan. I found the IMS treatment very effective- will be recommending my friends and family!
