Ada is the best physiotherapist! I hurt my neck snowboarding and she was able to fix me in just one visit and provided me with a good treatment plan. I found the IMS treatment very effective- will be recommending my friends and family!
Superb massage experience with Kim Howden. Her knowledge and intuition quickly identified issues in my body that I hadn’t remembered to mention but that needed attention. Her presence is personable and welcoming, and she is appropriately focused concerning task and time. She employed a range of support equipment (table incline, bolsters, etc) with impressive skill and ease.I felt feeling absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Kim.
Visiting from out of town, booked an appointment with Kim. She was an exceptionally talented massage therapist and just one hour made a huge difference. Also note that she and all the other therapists at this practice can do visceral manipulation which is a rarely-found skill, so that is a plus too.
