Our firm has had the opportunity to work with Maddocks on several commercial projects over the years. Their team is consistently responsive, professional, resourceful, and knowledgeable. They always have the client's best interest at heart and collaboratively work with us to brainstorm more effective ways to accomplish client goals. A real team approach.
Craig and Roger were great from the start of the project through to moving in. They understood our worries and concerns, and alleviated the issues as they arose. The workmanship was second none, Dale and Steve treated the project as if it was their home. We were beyond happy with our home.A shout out to Michelle for answering all my panicked questions.
I can't imagine I would have survived building a new house without Maddocks! We had no plans to build, but our home of 35 years burned down so we had no choice. They held my hand every step of the way and turned it from a stressful experience to one of creating a beautiful new home. I would highly recommend Maddocks for any project. They were so patient, explaining the process and were so easy to work with. Forget 5 stars, I give them a 10!
