Amazing customer service from Rae. She is very knowledgeable and so very helpful. If they dont have what you're looking for Rae will try to direct you to the places that you can.

Came here to use the dog wash and it was perfect! Staff were friendly and helpful and the bath setup was great and easy to use. I have two big 120+ lb mastiffs and it was easy to use even with them. Thank you guys!

As a person who has enjoyed pets my whole life, I have always enjoyed Bosleys.... However their langley store AND their Aldergrove store go ABOVE and BEYOND. I have a blue nose pitty, rather large at over 100 pounds with a head like a basket ball.. Most folks are rather hesitant to approach ( they have no idea, blue nose pitties are not your average pitt bull). I had purchased a different food the other day and the young fellow that helped me warned me about the small kibble buy me always knowing everything ( NOT) got it anyway... I humbly returned to bath Jack's a few days later ( today) and the lady, not even the one who had helped me offered to return... read full review
