I stopped in to find some 'wet' food for our senior diabetic cat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.... even searching out some samples for me. I also learned that they have a do-it-yourself dog bath. Wonderful store, I'll definitely be back. Thank you ladies!

My husband and I go here for all our pet needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are wonderful people. We are always greeted enthusiastically, and they have never steered us wrong in finding the right diets for our way too many pets ?

Great place. A little expensive but there aren't a lot of options in Aldergrove for pets. Lots of selection. They allow pets in the store. I haven't brought my cat in for a visit yet. I used to take him to petsmart and he would ride around in the shopping cart. This place doesn't have carts so it may be a little more difficult. I like to let my cat pick out his own toys. The staff is really friendly. There always seems to be at least 2 or 3 people working so there's lots of help if you need it.
