I had a charger installed at my new building.
The price is preset by the developer and Bert's for supply and install.
Order the charger and they gave me a date. Came home on that date and the charger was in. Excited to see it. However, the 15 ft cord did not reach my charging port. I am next to a wall and impossible to back in with the car beside me. Called Tobey, explained the issue that day she ordered a 25 ft cord, tech showed up on Thursday as she said and Shazam! I have a charging cable that reaches my charging port. The did a nice clean install with no issues. I’m very pleased with the service provided by Berts Electric. I had three outlets that were not working at my place and I called them and asked for a technician for repair. Instead of coordinating a work order for me, Tobey gave some instructions to do a preliminary assessment and troubleshoot via emails.
They were very useful instructions and I got all outlets back in working order. No single penny spent! Thanks a million, Tobey, for going extra mile. Your exceptional service is very much appreciated!!!
We recently moved and needed outlets installed by our toilets to accommodate our bidets. Adam did a great job installing the outlets (and accommodating our two very curious Dachshunds!).
